UK delivery

PNELLA currently offers delivery within the United Kingdom. Available delivery methods, charges and the current estimated delivery window for your address are displayed at checkout before you pay.

Processing and confirmation

Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout. Where tracking is available, details will be sent once the parcel has been dispatched.

Addresses and delays

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at thardwick03@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing.

Carrier delays can occasionally occur outside PNELLA’s control. If an order has not arrived within the estimate shown at checkout, please contact us with your order number.
