About these terms

These terms apply when you use pnella.com or place an order with PNELLA. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Products and orders

Product images and descriptions are provided to represent items as accurately as possible. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. An order is accepted when PNELLA confirms it. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and refund the affected item.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by our Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Website use

PNELLA branding, images and website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
