30-day returns

Eligible PNELLA items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact thardwick03@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending the item.

Return condition

Returned items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reduce a refund where an item shows use or damage beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether it is accepted. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can help.

Return postage and statutory rights

Return instructions will confirm whether postage charges apply. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
